NexBank Land Advisors, Inc. (formerly TFS Investment Corporation), is a full service land acquisitions company specializing in residential and small commercial development in Northern Texas. 

Buddy Mann, President of NLA, and his board of directors have over 30 years of experience maximizing land acquisition and property investment. By purchasing existing undeveloped land and providing all the infrastructure and utilities, NLA can provide the finished product. NLA works closely with the builder and all other entities to meet timelines and optimize return on investment.

NLA is not a realtor/broker and all land that is sold to builders, general contractors or real estate investors is owned solely by NLA.
