Matt Beshears is the Chief Lending Officer of NexBank. He is an experienced financial expert who most recently was a member of the transaction team with BSB Capital, a Beal Bank affiliate. There, he focused on commercial real estate lending and aviation finance.

Previously, as an Investment Officer for Guaranty Advisors, Mr. Beshears assisted private banking and corporate clients with investment decisions. At Guaranty Bank he served as a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group responsible for structuring and marketing commercial loan syndications to other financial institutions. He was also responsible for securitizations and credit derivatives. At the start of his career at Guaranty Bank, Mr. Beshears managed Guaranty's Credit Department and was a Credit Analyst.

Mr. Beshears is a Chartered Financial Analyst who holds MBA and MS degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BFA from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Beshears is active in the Dallas community and currently sits on the Board for The Dallas Children’s Theatre.
